It is assumed that a note similar to the following will be found in the files of various graffiti investigation groups shortly after publication: ���Between 2007 and 2010 the accused MOSES and TAPS swapped their pseudonyms. With the help of an unknown number of others they graffitied 1000 railway carriages over a period of 1000 days. In May 2011 they published their offences in the illustrated book INTERNATIONAL TOPSPRAYER. However as no evidence of perpetration could be derived from the book the relevant investigation proceedings had to be finally discontinued after ten years due to the statute of limitations pursuant to Section 78 StGB. Now that the statute of limitations has expired MOSES \u0026amp; TAPS have published the book TOPSPRAYER EXPIRED in which they comprehensively acknowledge all the allegations made in the proceedings in words and pictures. Furthermore the suspects supplement the allegations with previously unknown photographs and descriptions of the offences.
