High quality lacquer based paint with a chemical formula and color accuracy superior to other brands in the market.

Flows smoothly in an airbrush; adheres to the surface and dries perfectly with a soft finish. Holds firmly all kind of weathering products.

May be diluted with RC701/RC702 High Compatibility Thinner or other thinners intended for lacquer based paints.

Used for painting vehicles and other equipment of the German Army from July 1937 until July 1940 as a complementary camouflage color to RAL 7021 Dunkelgrau (according to the official regulations; however it appears that many military vehicles were painted in Dunkelgrau only already during the Polish Campaign). According to the army regulations RAL 7017 should cover 1/3 of vehicle’s surface in form of irregular patches with soft edges.
