A Factory second mat has a minor flaw that prevents it from reaching the Chessex standard.The flaw can be either with the printing on the mat usually incomplete grid lines or the mat was produced with a B grade vinyl. The flaw is minor and does not affect usability of the mat. The number of squares on the square side is 22 x 25.Hexes are 21/22 x 28.The width alternates between 21 and 22 hexes so no play space is wasted.
