The demon Mephisto offers Faust worldly honor wealth and pleasure. Seeing this as a chance to pursue his ideals and satisfy his boundless curiosity Faust accepts the deal.

Faust vs Mephisto is a two-player trick-taking game where Faust must resist Mephistos temptations and explore four domains for two rounds.

If Faust takes all or none of the cards in any suit Mephisto claims that domain. If Mephisto claims two or more domains he wins the game. Otherwise victory belongs to Faust.
