Happy Heights is a card-drafting tableau-builder for 1 to 6 players in which each player creates their own neighborhood over 12 rounds. The goal is to strategically match symbols between adjacent buildings while efficiently managing building plans reserve options and placement opportunities.

Building Cards form the foundation of multi-story buildings or can be added as extra floors to existing buildings. Storefront Cards show symbols on their sides and a multiplier icon at the top. They can be used as standalone shops or placed as a penthouse to complete a building.

Parks and Bus Stops have no symbols but increase in value as more matching cards are added to the neighborhood. Additional bonus conditions on the cards create further scoring opportunities and make every placement meaningful.

At the end of the game constructed floors matching symbols between adjacent buildings Parks Bus Stops and penthouse multipliers are scored. The result is a compact building game with clear decisions tactical planning and a playtime of about 30 minutes.
