The House at the End of the World is an expansion for HOME set in a world that has already ended. While almost everything has been destroyed this one house still stands and initially appears to offer a possible refuge.

Inside however the supposed sanctuary raises more questions about the apocalypse and the characters' situation. The fact that the house was spared does not mean that those within it are safe.

The expansion includes themes of apocalyptic events and the destruction of much of humanity.
