The Kestrel Colonial Force is PanOceania's military spearhead in the frontier territory of the planet Shinju. Its troops combine advanced PanOceanian technology with the experience and resilience of soldiers operating far from the security of the core worlds.

Veterans specialized units and colonial security forces deploy wherever settlements are threatened or PanOceania's interests require an immediate military response. The set provides a versatile selection of units and weapon options for building or expanding a Kestrel Colonial Force.
