Black ("Chicago") - mostly sunny or windy or both. Dark blue ("Tierra del Fuego") - cold no sun. Gray ("Seattle") - usually cloudy or rainy. Green ("Miami") - usually sunny. Orange ("Austin") - very changeable. Red ("Phoenix") - usually hot.
